3. Products & Information

We try to ensure that all product details, images, and prices displayed on our website are accurate.
However, product availability, colors, and specifications may vary slightly.

We reserve the right to:

  • Correct any errors or inaccuracies

  • Cancel orders due to incorrect pricing or stock issues


4. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices for Pakistan are in PKR.

  • Prices for Dubai/UAE are in AED.

  • Payments may include Cash on Delivery, bank transfer, card payments, or other approved methods.

Any additional customs fees, duties, or taxes (especially for UAE orders) must be paid by the customer.


5. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver to:

  • All major cities in Pakistan

  • Dubai and selected UAE regions

Estimated delivery:

  • Pakistan: 2–7 business days

  • Dubai/UAE: 5–12 business days

Delays may occur due to customs, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances. RaahMart is not responsible for delays outside our control.


6. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

After placing an order, you will receive confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
We may cancel any order if:

  • The product is out of stock

  • Payment verification fails

  • Fraudulent activity is suspected

Customers may cancel orders before dispatch by contacting support.


7. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • The product is defective

Items must be unused and in original packaging.

8. Customs & Import Rules (UAE)

For Dubai/UAE orders:

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring products meet UAE import rules.

  • Any customs duties or clearance charges are paid by the customer.
    RaahMart is not responsible for delays or rejections caused by customs.


9. Account Responsibility

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login details and all activities performed through your account.


10. Intellectual Property

All content on RaahMart—including text, images, logos, and design—is owned by us.
You may not copy, reproduce, or use any material without permission.


11. Limitation of Liability

RaahMart is not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays

  • Product misuse

  • Losses caused by third-party couriers

  • Unauthorized account access

  • Indirect or consequential damages

Using our website is at your own risk.
